Adult Performance Training (Small Group) 4-12 People Max

The Adult Personal Training program will consist of dynamic warm-up, foam rolling, resistance training, and cardiovascular fitness. These are all components that will allow you to gain flexibility, balance and coordination, range of motion, minimize injury, build full body strength, and improve overall body composition. Our facility has a unique team environment, where you won’t find your typical leg press or treadmill machine. However you will see how our competitive environment and non traditional ways of optimizing fitness will allow you to achieve your goals in a fun and exciting 1 hour training session. All new clients will be offered a free intake and movement to discuss goals and go through an intake and movement assessment. Your sessions will activate upon your first session and end 4 weeks to the date. Rates only apply to groups of 4 or more people. In this one hour personal setting you can expect a highly goal driven and individualized approach using industry leading standard of movement and fitness assessment and accountability.
