Edge Performance Systems is a Sports Performance business working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes for over 20 years. As a result of our experience, when it comes to strength and conditioning in New England, EPS is second to none. We have helped thousands of athletes reach their goals, including over 400 full-time professionals.
Strength & Conditioning
Jess Coyle has been a strength coach at EPS for eight years, training youth, high school, college, and professional athletes. Recently she transitioned into the business side of the #EPSFAMILY. For her, this means working on projects like brand strategic partnerships, social media, developing Edge Method online programming, and administrative functioning. She has a Functional Strength Coach and Precision Nutrition Certification.
Owen CampbellStrength + Conditioning Coach - Director of Sports Science
OC graduated in May 2020 with a BS in Health and Human Physiology from Skidmore College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During his time at Skidmore, he played four years of NCAA Division 3 ice hockey. He was named a 3x AHCA Academic All-American. He also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern with the other sports teams on campus. Before he completed an internship at EPS in the summer of 2019 and joined us full-time in June 2020, OC was an EPS Athlete for 13 years. OC is also a published scientific author in the Journal of Exercise & Nutrition.
Will HughesStrength + Conditioning Coach
Will graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a B.S in Health Science in May of 2023. He was a 4 year member of the wrestling team. Other accolades while attending JWU were; selected for NCAA Student Athlete Leadership Forum, Deans List multiple semesters, 3x academic all American, 3x NEWA All Academic Wrestling team, NEWA All region, Nationally ranked D3 Wrestler, NWCA All American. Will was an intern at EPS for the 2023 summer sports performance prorgam and will be certified by NASM and a CPPS in November.

Peter KellyPhysical Therapist
Peter enjoys working with all patients of different ages Peter enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses. His interests are focused on orthopedic and sport-related injuries. Peter has participated in continuing education such as the Graston technique and ACL prevention/rehab and is certified in Integrative Dry Needling. He looks forward to expanding his knowledge with other manual therapy and strength and conditioning courses and certifications
Nutrition
Owner of EnerGi Nutrition LLC
Gianna graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2015 with a BS in Nutritional Sciences with a focus in Sports Nutrition. She went on to complete her MS in Dietetics at the University of Rhode Island and completed her dietetic internship in New York City to become a Registered Dietitian. During her time at UConn she played D1 soccer for the Huskies and played an integral role in clenching the conference championship her senior year. Gianna worked for several years in downtown Boston in the clinical setting, but sports nutrition is where her passion lies. She has had the opportunity to intern with the New England Patriots and to create the first nutrition program for the MA National Guard through a contracted company. She now runs her own private practice, EnerGi Nutrition LLC, where she meets remotely with high school and college athletes to teach them how to use nutrition as a resource, to give them an edge over their competition. She meets with athletes individually and offers group programs. Gianna is a Foxboro native and was a former EPS athlete for many years. She holds certification as a specialized sports dietitian.
