*Current and returning EPS athletes will be sent invites with group time options. You will select one and confirm with registration and deposit. We will open the program up to the public at a later date.

Summer Hockey Performance Package 2024

E11EVEN Skills:

· On-Ice Instruction from Brian Boyle & Jimmy Russo

· Skate Type, Volume & Intensity will match that of off-ice training to ensure athletes are not being over-worked

· Skates will involve skill work, skating/edge work, shooting instruction, high-tempo drills, and mini games

· June & July = 2 skates per week

· August = 3 skates per week

Edge Performance Systems:

· Off-Ice Training 4 days per week prior to skating

· Training focused on best preparing athletes for the next level of competition

· Training will involve mobility, injury prevention, speed-agility-quickness, plyometrics, strength, power, and conditioning modalities

· The athletes will be surrounded by the other top players in the area to help push one another and build a competitive atmosphere
