High School Sports Performance 14yrs+
March 14th- June 4th 12 Week Program
Choose Frequency Options: 2x, 3x or 4x a week
Choose Day Options : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Choose Time Options:
(Mon-Fri) 3:30-5:00pm Group 1 or
5:00-6:30pm Group 2
(Saturday) : 8:00-9:30am

2:00 PM- 4:00 PM Group
4:00 PM-6:00 PM Group
6:00 PM -8:00 PM Group
