Summer Hockey Performance Package 2024

E11EVEN Skills:

· On-Ice Instruction from Brian Boyle & Jimmy Russo

· Skate Type, Volume & Intensity will match that of off-ice training to ensure athletes are not being over-worked

· Skates will involve skill work, skating/edge work, shooting instruction, high-tempo drills, and mini games

· June & July = 2 skates per week

· August = 3 skates per week

Edge Performance Systems:

· Off-Ice Training 4 days per week prior to skating

· Training focused on best preparing athletes for the next level of competition

· Training will involve mobility, injury prevention, speed-agility-quickness, plyometrics, strength, power, and conditioning modalities

· The athletes will be surrounded by the other top players in the area to help push one another and build a competitive atmosphere
