Training at EPS has been one of the best decisions of my career. I have never felt better and more prepared for the season.

I have trained at EPS for 8 years and it has been a huge contributor to my success as a Division 1 Collegiate Athlete. The EPS staff, along with my fellow EPS athletes, create an elite training environment that motivates me to be better each day and become a better all-around athlete. The support I have received from EPS helped me reach a new peak performance each season by focusing on becoming not only stronger, but more focused and driven.

Brian is one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the industry. The methods at EPS have proven to be invaluable to athletes for years and will continue to be for years to come.

Brian and his EPS staff are some of the best in the business. They do a great job of tailoring a program specific to your needs as an individual and an athlete. I always leave feeling prepared and ready to take on the grueling task of the season ahead.

I have been training with Brian since I was 13 years old and he has played a huge role throughout my entire athletic career. Over this time I have watched as he has developed countless elite athletes, but more importantly, those that have been with him for throughout out their development. Brian is hands down one of the nest in the business.

EPS is an awesome facility with great training and resources. Anytime I’m local I can hit them up and they will train me. Brian and EPS are no-nonsense.

Training at EPS helped me develop the habits and mindset to become an elite athlete. When I walked into EPS for the first time, I’d never done a formal workout in my life, but Brian and the other coaches gave me the tools to accomplish my dreams of playing D1 college hockey and competing with the National and Olympic teams. I loved my time there because EPS made training fun while being challenged every day.

Brian and the EPS staff have been one of the biggest reasons for my development as an athlete. Their commitment level is second to none. Brian has played a major role in getting me ready to compete at the professional level.

The EPS staff continuously pushed me to get to the next level. The trainers are knowledgeable in all aspects of performance, ranging from workouts to nutrition. I trained at EPS throughout my high school, college and pro career

During the lockout, I needed a high end place to train. My teammates recommended Brian and brought me over to his facility. All the elite training I went through there had me feeling my best going into camp. After the off-season with Brian, I had a record breaking year in 2012 feeling strong every game every week.

Over the course of my career, I have trained with some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the nation. After all the work I have put in with Brian, I can honestly say he is among the elite. I would highly recommend Brian and his program to any serious athlete.

I worked with Brian for about 7 years while in New England. During this time I became stronger and more flexible than ever before. We worked on core strength, flexibility, and explosive power. With his help I became stronger and more flexible, two major factors of longevity in the NFL. Brian is passionate about his job helping athletes achieve their potential. If you’re training in his facility, you’re in good hands.

Working with Brian at EPS has improved my strength and agility beyond expectation. Brian’s program is extremely challenging but completely rewarding. He cares for his athletes and gives his all to create the appropriate workout for each individual.

I’ve been working with Brian McDonough of EPS since I arrived in New England. While at EPS my explosiveness, quickness, and overall athleticism has improved considerably. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re serious enough to challenge yourself , you’ll be rewarded with increased performance on the playing field.

EPS made such a positive impact on my hockey career. Every summer after working out with the EPS team, I would come into the NWHL season prepared and ready to compete at the highest level. Not only did it help with my strength and endurance, but more importantly boosted my confidence.

I have been working with Brian and the EPS staff for over 10 years now and there is no chance I would be where I am today without them. EPS has played a pivotal role in my development as an athlete and a professional. I can’t thank them enough.

I have been blessed with an amazing 13 year NFL career with the New England Patriots. Along with the Patriots strength and conditioning program, Brian at EPS and the intense training he had to offer is a big reason why my career has been so successful. I would highly recommend Brian to any athlete because of his commitment and willingness to make you a better player in any sport.

Training at EPS really enhanced my skills on the field. Working with the EPS coaches was educational but also fun at the same time because they taught you while they were working with you. EPS is filled with coaches who grind themselves not just yell and point.

EPS has been instrumental in my success as a football player from high school through the NFL. The attention to detail in each workout by Brian and his staff is second to none. This gym attracts highly motivated athletes in each group and makes me excited to improve my game every day.

EPS is one of the greatest places I’ve ever trained. As a professional athlete it had everything you needed in a facility from the weights, to incredible trainers and guidance for recovery and nutrition. However, what I loved most is the competitive atmosphere that pushed everyone to get better daily!

Brian McDonough, and the rest of the staff at EPS have played a major role throughout my career. Going into every season I know that I’m going to be in peak physical shape, and that my body will handle the grind of 80 plus games. The program is tailored to each individual’s needs, and is designed to get the most out of each athlete. There is no doubt that EPS is the best in the business, and there is nothing better than training with the best athletes in Boston.

I have felt very fortunate to be able to spend my last 12 off seasons training with Brian and his staff at EPS. The amount of effort he demands from his athletes is what makes his program successful. The amount of effort he demands of himself and his staff is what makes the program the best there is. There truly are no off days for Brian. I’m lucky to call him a friend. He has helped me evolve and adapt each summer to stay fit and compete. He’s helped me reach my goal of playing in the NHL and has kept me there since the very first summer we began training together.

I’ve always had an enormous amount of respect for Brian, through his time he spent with the Patriots. Not until I spent time training at EPS early every morning did I understand the elite level of knowledge and expertise available at EPS. I can’t thank them enough for accommodating me and working with my personal wants and needs in training…and at times being a meathead. I honestly can’t thank Brian and EPS enough for their time and efforts.
