Individualized for adults who have more specific and focused goals in mind. There is more in-depth program design and goal-oriented attention to detail. The Customized Blueprint is tailored to fit your needs. Were you a Former Athlete that still has a competitive edge and wants to work hard? We will make you feel like you are still playing! Are you someone who wants a Body Composition Change (lose body fat or pounds) through quality training and nutrition? We will help you exceed your goals! Template for adults who have experience strength training, or who may have been college athletes. Adults who are familiar with exercise selection, form and technique. This is for adults who are looking to change up their current routine and want a trusted and true Blueprint to follow. In each exercise category (upper body push/pull, lower body push/pull) there will be options to choose from to plug into your training that day.
