Approach
Program design is based on individual assessment and evaluation. Sports specific and position-specific exercise selection based on the athlete.

Not all sports need the same style of training. Program design is catered to the individuals sport and position to ensure the greatest success at their sport.
Results
Driven
Baseline evaluation and testing are conducted individually within the first week of the session. Athletes will be re-evaluated at the end of each program. This information will be shared with you.

Guidance
The importance of developing healthy eating habits is addressed with normative nutritional guidelines that include a weekly review of food logs.

Physical Therapy
With Bay State Physical Therapy on-site athletes have a fast track to medical professionals to help them recover from an injury and prevent future injuries.
